Refund Policy

When you get a refund

Print job failed due to a printer error (paper jam, out of paper, offline)
Payment was collected but the document did not print
Duplicate charge for the same print job

How refunds work

Credits payment: Refunded instantly to your PrintMan credit balance.

Razorpay (UPI/Card): Refunded to your original payment method. This typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

When refunds do NOT apply

Print quality issues caused by a low-resolution source file
Wrong document uploaded by the user
Printout collected but user claims it was not printed

How to request a refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or email printman.2026@gmail.com with your phone number and the approximate time of the print. We will verify the job status and issue a refund or coupon code within 24 hours.

Coupon codes

In some cases, instead of a direct refund we may issue a coupon code that adds equivalent credits to your account. These can be redeemed from your Account page and are valid for 30 days.
